EMS & MMS standards

(This is a bit off topic)
I'm try to do some developments using EMS (Enhanced Messaging 
Sevice) & MMS (Multimedia Messaging Service), but still I 
couldn't find a good document about these standards. 

If anyone knows a document/URL, please be kind enough to share 
it with me, I really appreciate it. :)
