Problem to configure Kannel

Hello Kannel.org
             i have been download your source code for WAP gateway and SMS 
gateway.And i compile this code then i install it .But the next step
i have got a problem about  to configure WAP gateway.I can not find filename 
" wapkannel.conf"  .so i cannot configure WAP gateway .Can
you tell me? How to configure WAP gateway ?   Thank you for your help.
