I'm in process of writing an utilies for constructing /
converting different formats of ordinary and binary short text
messages and an abstraction layer for sending them via different
SMSGW:s (kannel, soneracgw, opentext protocol, novelsoft etc.
etc.).
The goal is to have one simple api for sending them via whatever
SMSGW one happens to use. I am willing to share some ideas if
anyone is interested.
Everything will be written in PHP.
