Hi,
Am a bit confused on the OUTBIND (smpp pdu)
implementation in bearerbox. As in latest version 1.1.5 this PDU is not
implemented.
I want to know in case of OUTBIND does the
bearerbox acts as a server and the smsc as a client or vice-versa.
