is how the MT not sent to SMSC are saved ? On disk or in memory ? And what
happens if Kannel is rebooted ? See also my answer below :

I was wondering in the past if it could be interesting to reboot only smsbox
and not bearerbox when adding new sms-service in order to limit the CMG
reconnection at minimum. I did not have any answer about that in the past.
In our case, could it be interesting to do that in the case of DLR, ie, if
DLR is maintained by bearerbox. If not, a temporary solution could be to
save the waiting DLR on disk when shutting down and to read them at startup.
For the moment, where could I find information about the use of DLR ? For
example, how could I use them in an application.
