OTP/CGW driver for Kannel

This is propably a very common question in Finland:

Has anyone written a SMSC driver for Kannel which would implement the
OTP/CGW (Open Text Protocol) of the Finnish operator Sonera? It's not
listed by ETSI, but the protocol is very common in Finland due to high
number of Sonera subscribers.
