I attended the last Kannel DevCon in Cambridge which was extremely well hosted by 3GLab but unfortunately was not all that well attended. I think everybody enjoys attending and participating in these meetings but there has to be a critical mass in terms of content (presentations, discussions etc) to make it worthwhile (and to persuade the management to let you go). So lets try to draw up an attractive agenda to pull in the crowds.
