ASCII-art won't work with a proportional font. I do not see how you can get any consistent results. Regards Jörg

May I change the strip_blanks to a strip_newlines, so kannel only remove the newlines (cr or lf) and leave the spaces at the beginning (I can remove the spaces at the end too). BTW: did you notice that Siemens process CR and LF as a new line and nokia ignores CR ? And that nokia 6210 eats all the spaces at the beginning of the lines, for example, 1%0A%20%202, 6210 ignores the two %20 (spaces). Grrrrrrr
