We have redundancy MO with EMI configured to failover to another machine

(two kannels connected to the smsc with same number, first connecting receive messages, if it
fails, smsc switch to the other).

And from the http side, we ought to have a alteon/bigIP, but it was simpler to have a routing that
if the http get to first kannel fails, it connects to the second.
