I've committed the following patch:
* gw/smsc_smpp.c: set number plan indicator and type of number for
international numbers and alphanumeric ones.
On some SMSC's this might make alphanumeric sender ID's work. On the
one I'm testing with (ADC NewNet) I get error 0x000010 if I submit
alphanumeric sender ID. However the "Unknown type of number" and
unset "number plan indicators" where making it fail in my case.
