Hi. Does anyone know anything about simtoolkits ? At this moment, I just know that I should set (in UCP protocol) the RPID to 0127 and DCS to F6. I know I'm correct by now because if I set another DCS I get, from smsc, a NACK with "Sim download or OTA, DCS set to the wrong value".
I picked a (supposly) example from ETSI 11.14 and dumped it on text field (encoding it as binary) but I receive a normal binary message (message cannot be displayed here). ETSI 03.40 talks about security headers (encoded in UDH as command 70-7F) too. What could be the next step ? I can't find any example on google :( -- Bruno David Rodrigues
