Title: EMI UCP problem: International number type
Nope, I'm checking on 3.5 Specs and I don't see any bits to set international number.
The most alike is OTOA=1139, but it won't do nothing. (it's related to OAdC, not AdC)

(If I send to 00351... it works, if I set to 351 and expect OTOA to define the international
value, it won't work)

Subject: EMI UCP problem: International number type

Hello Folks,

I got a problem with EMI2 and I wonder if any of you got a answer to this:

Here's what I try to do:

Send a message to "+2783142101946485"

This is actually a gateway for ICQ so +2783142 + my ICQ number 101946485.

Anyway, this string is 16 characters plus the international indicator "+". The current code replaces the + sign with "00" because CMG's SMSC's dont like any + in the numbers. For originating numbers, you can specify in the OTOA field that the OaDC is an international number and then remove the +. However for the destination number there is no number type field. So replacing + with "00" sounds like the only workaround but then the number is 18 characters which is 2 characters over the limit. Anyone have a brilliant idea on how to solve this??
