SMPP v3.3

Folks,

Would the current CVS version of Kannel work with an SMSC that only supports
SMPP v3.3?

If the answer to this is "no". Is there an older build of kannel that is
based
around v3.3. I know the 1.0.3 documentation refers to 3.3.
