If you consider if we are/will support VoiceXML, then I have to claim that this has not been discusted or even thought about on the list previously. Anyway we as Wapme Systems considered to implement a VoiceXML interpreter and reference linux based engine for our customers. It relies on a propietery system that offers a very functional C API and hence we would implement the VoiceXML layer over that. But this will never be that portable as Kannel is.
