My point with the release was that if there are new features coming up
without a direction, we'll never get a stable enough version to make a
release...

That's why I was wondering if there is a project coordinator who will
decide which feature will enter in which version... Like a roadmap...

I wuldn't say it's too stable yet.  I've tried the DLR implementation on
a few boxes and a few SMSC's. Thanks to Andreas latest fix for the SMPP
it doesn't crash when getting the DLR from the SMSC, but it doesn't
work. It still however crash on CIMD2
