Yes. You simply connect multiple / single Kannel instances to 
multiple/single SMSC's. Thats all.

simply run multiple Kannels on multiple machines. The SMSC should 
then share the load among the multiple connections. At least the 
SMSC's I connect to do this properly.

They use "stable 1.0.3" and every time they hit a bug they are told 
to forget about 1.0.3 and use CVS as it has lots and lots of bugfixes 
which will never make it into 1.0.4.

To the group: Any objections to declare CVS as "stable 1.2.0" and 
"development 1.3.0".
