Yes, the incoming binary messages I was looking at where having the UDH being split off and sent as XSer packet. However if the flag would be missing, it would come as part of the message. >But let me make something clearer: >The picture message was sent with a nokia 6210 and the message is ok, >except that udh is not in the right place ok unless you have a buggy 6210 software (my test was from 6210 too actually), your XSer should contain UDH. Maybe you need a more recent software on the SMSC? >The second message, the supposed long text message (two messages with >"monomoo monomoo ...") was sent with a ericsson T68, and I only receive >two messages with ` and nothing else (no udh, no "monomoo"'s, no >concatenation, nothing) Well I havnt tried that but I would expect to see a UDH header indicating concatenation (which has to be turned on on the T68) >Can you send a picture message and a long text message and reply back to >me the UCP strings so I can ask what happens with my smsc ? I cant do that right now but I'm 100% sure that I've seen incoming pictures with UDH in XSer because that's how I analyzed the UDH stuff at the time. It was also containing some DCS value. -- Andreas Fink Fink-Consulting ------------------------------------------------------------------ Tel: +41-61-6932730 Fax: +41-61-6932729 Mobile: +41-79-2457333 Address: A.
