Hi Alex, never had such problem with at2 and cygwin, with 7 wavecom modems, in 3 different machine, w2000 advanced server or nt.
The only problem is that sometimes smsbox fails to read fd 18 or something like that so it restarts throught the internal windows service. Andrea
