I am using Kannel Develeopment Release 1.16 on Redhat 7.3 . I have noticed a behavier of kannel. When One of my WebServer over WAN links goes DOWN. Kannel stops serving other requests too from LAN. I had only seen Receiving entries in log file with very few Sent. Also what is the purpose of using flow-control. I am unable to understand it. If somebody explain it to me I would be thankfull.
