yes, but remember, the HTTP queuing function in smsbox is _only_ a
backup facility, when the sms-service specified HTTP server is not
reachable, which it should be.

You should concentrate that your HTTP servers are up, running and
accepting as much connections as you need to deliver the reply
content. That's far more easier to solve then adding complex queueing
in smsbox on a sms-service base level.
