Hi, I have a problem which is discussed in the users mailing list as "charset problem". Some content providers in Turkey do not add any encoding declaration to the wml source of their wap sites, but still use Turkish charset. With Kannel, these pages are not reachable. In the logs , we see "indicate encoding" messages. I can not go to all content providers and force them to add encoding declaration. Other wap gateways show these pages successfully. I know that this problem occurs because of the behaviour of libxml2. I need to add an encoding declaration to all the wml sources before sending them to the xml parser. But I do not know how to do this. Can someone help me with this problem ?
