Yes - my mistake. in 1.2.0 this problem was not fixed yet. this is a bug with SMPP so
if a message delivery fails it will retry it again and again - but only if SMSC_FAIL
or FAIL types of delivery reports were requested. otherwise if a message failed then
it will be removeed from storage and not retried - make perfect sense, right ? ;-)
This is fixed currently only in the CVS version. hopefully a 1.2.1 release will be
done sometime so that fix would be in a stable version too (hint, hint ;-)
