[PATCH] smsbox inserts message even if UDH contains data

Hi list.

 

The smsbox inserts the text "<empty reply from service provider>" into the message data if it is empty. it does not take into account the UDH data - for example, if we send an EMS object with no text, smsbox will add the empty reply text.

 

This patch will change this behaviour so that UDH only messages will not get the empy reply text appended.
