UTF-16 to UTF-8

   Hi,
   I use gateway1.2.0 & xmllib 2.4.9 to transform UTF16 to UTF8 .at the beginning of 
parsing ,i  met an error , i did'nt know the reason why the error happened, who can 
help me ?
