I configured throughput msg/sec for emi2. I set throughput = 2.One thing, I noticed that kannel set messages in burst and then gives delay. I was asuming that kannel would exactlty sent 2 msg/sec but it is in burst.I hope that this feature was implemented in kannel in the better way that could be possible and do not affect SMSC performance.
