I need some explanation about DLR in SMPP. SMPP spec. is unfortunally not clear about sms states. Really question is: what mean UNDELIVERABLE ? Mean this 1) undeliverable at this point in time or 2) undeliverable at all ? If second , what state should be send for buffered ?
