you have to URL encode the DLR URL.. you have &type there which is not part of the &dlrurl but will be parsed by the sendsms? url of kannel. As there is no such parameter, its being ignored.
Go to www.smsrelay.com to the developer section, there's some premade PHP library for kannel compatible API's which is free to be used.
