that depends on serverl things. Easiest way to get an MO from an user is to have a registered shortcode id number at your SMSC provider and set the origin of the MT you are sending to that number. This would cause any replying user to inject the MO to your bearerbox instance. There are other ways (like the RPI, return path indicator field in GSM SMS specs). Consult your SMSC provider for more guidance.
