Hi list,

I'd like to nominate "Alexander Malysh" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> for CVS
write permission access.

He has contributed some very good quality patches and is also a bug
hunter in my eyes ;). For the background: Alexander works for Centrium
in Cologne, Germany. Centrium is a SMS brokerage company for B2C and
B2B traffic. Centrium has developed it's core subsystem on the gwlib/
code, so Alexander hacks in Kannel sources every day. He has a large
know-how in SMPP and EMI/UCP. (ok finished sales argumentation for
Alexander ;)

I'd be +1 for CVS write permission for Alexander, if the usual
constraints are meet, which are mainly:

  * behaviour changes HAVE TO be announced via a [PATCH] posting to
the devel@ list and require a voting. Vetos can be dropped by anyone
who has CVS write access.

  * bug fixes that are obviously fixing problems CAN BE commited
without vote requests in the list.

  * feature addition can be commited. If they have a significant size
or effect, they SHOULD be posted to the list for giving developers the
chance to comment/vote.

  * ChangeLog entries HAVE TO be made accuratly and in the same
format.

What do the other CVS write permission owners think of adding him?
We'd need at least 2-3 pro votes and no veto for this.

Stipe
