Hi Himalaya,   If you are talking about interface to connect to SMSCs, then Kannel has got both protocol support.   But if you are talking about sendsms HTTP interface of kannel, then why do you need SMPP interface for that purpose. Still you want your client to send SM using those protocol, then directly connect to SMSC.   Hope this helps you.
