If you say that your Kannel seems to be running fine (I assume that both the wapbox and the bearerbox are running on the same machine), the problem should be with your simulator configuration (Gateway Connection).
In the Simulator configuration: 1. Go to Tools --> Seetings --> Browser Connection
2. In the Gateway IP Address text box, put the actual IP address of the machine where your Kannel is running (I assume that yoour Simulator is on some other machine; otherwise, if it's the same machine, let it be the default - 127.0.0.1) and save it.
3. Conect again or restart the simulator and goto any wapsite, and check the log on the window where your wapbox is running.

I use nokia 7210 simulator to run with kannel gateway. It seem like the kannel run properly but when I try to use the simulator to browse wap site.. it can not connect and said Connection lost.. Does anybody know how to fix this problem. My wapkannel.conf look like this :-
