do you speek now about smsbox's sendsms interface? then we should change 
Counter, in order to be able to handle long long... and why not just use 
timestamp+msgid ? unix timestamp is long and also msg id is long , so you 
have required 64bit ? and it would be better msg id tracking (imo), bacause 
you have additional timestamp for this msg...
