my suggestion:
keep --enable-mysql
forget --with-dlr=mysql
because if mysql is compiled in, it can be used for DLR or not. This is in the config file.
If we dont use mysql DLR the only thing we save is a bit of the binary code which is unused.
However if we worry about that, then we would not enable mysql neither if we dont use it.
