Hi Ahmad,   You can implement SMS-PP quite easily via Kannel. You simply need to convert your binary request into a following format.   Normal binary would look like this. 02 78 02 00 01 1E 00 00 0A 11 07 0B 16 34 39 32 51 F7 01   After converting that binary would look like this.
