it's pretty simple ;) You have requested DLR_SUCCESS+DLR_FAIL+DLR_BUFFERED.
So if a msg was rejected from smsc then it's a end state and handled as
DLR_FAIL (which was requested) plus a bit more ;) you can see: aha smsc has
not accepted it...
