Hi guys
 
Came across this today as a "new DLR format" on SMPP v3.4. Any thoughts - apart from telling the carrier in question to actually follow some standards? :-)
 
By the way it's not a small carrier, it's quite a large one beginning with "V".. no prizes for guessing.

DELIVERY RECEIPT MESSAGE FORMAT
Where resigtered_delivery has been set a status report for the desired event will be received, the delivery receipt format is as follows:
<STATUS>,<STATUS TIMESTAMP>,<ACCEPTED TIMESTAMP>,<ERROR CODE>,<DESTINATION ADDRESS>,<ORIGINATING ADDRESS>,<RESERVED>

The message accepted from 10110200000000 to 447887123456 at 3 pm on the 2nd October 2002 was delivered at 3:43 pm on the 2nd October 2002:
