Configuration variable timer-freq should the trick.
Setting this value multiplies all timers, so everything
should be ok.

the default 'timer-freq' is 1. So you are actually
"stretching" the
timeout values. It *may* imply that other devices
would run
out-of-sync if Kannel is globbing the timeouts to
high.
But I guess Aarno could tell a bit more on
implications, right?! ;)
