To Kannel Development First of all thanks for a great product - I'm currently using it to test various phones - and in connection with that, I have a question:
Has anyone developed "header rewriting" for Kannel? I've skimmed the devel mailing list and couldn't find anything about header rewriting. My reason for asking is that rewriting "SonyEricssonT68i" to "SonyEricssonT610" in the "User-Agent" header would limit the number of physical phones I would need to have on my table, and allow me to test wapping using phones I do not even have.... so some sort of regexp replacement (or just string-matching) of the headers before they are sent to the webservers would fulfill my requirements. If noone has done it, but someone could see the use for it, would it then be accepted as a patch to Kannel, should I develop it myself?
