I was taking
a look at Mantis, editing some bugs, etc., and I'd like to know how should I do
that reporting. For example I found some bugs that are not kannel's fault, but
some caller application fault and things like that.
Apart
from adding a bugnote explaining the case, is there something
more I could do? For example, marking the bug as NOT-A-BUG or
BY-DESIGN or whatever state has Mantis for this.
Will the
reporter or the owner of the bug get a mail with my bugnote, so he/she reads the
comments, and maybe close it?
