Not the case with Samsung phones, at least the ones I tried (SGH-T100 and
some others I don't remember). 

>From my experience with that phones:
1) They don't have any contextual menu to easily open a url present in a
text message
2) They don't understand wap-push-si or whatever you try.

Summary: they suck :-)
