That's a useful info, however the uaprofs do contain some uncertainties...
all of them have:

<prf:WapPushMsgSize>1400</prf:WapPushMsgSize>
...
but together with that there is another definition:
*************************************** Push Characteristics Description ***************************************
...
<prf:Push-MsgSize>4096</prf:Push-MsgSize>
...
not to mention there is no definition of what the push type accepted by phone is...
(and if there are two different kinds of push messages, what are they, and moreover, the msgsize represents the size of push message itself or maximum size of the content that the push refers to?)
Can you clear this out a bit ?

Samsung c100 with G firmware for X100 need activation of WAP Push, set in Push settings Accept.

I don't remember exactly models but in attachment there is an RDF profiles to see which phones exactly supports SI push.
But some models in RDF not supports SI but understand it. Many Samsungs are succesfuly can receive Bookmarks.
But for SI this models are: S500, S300, C100G, V200, X100 and greater. A800 didn't supports SI, but Bookmark not tested.
P.S. appologize that cannot exactly say which models what support.
