MO/MT PSMS in Kannel

Hi All, 
 
I want to do MT/MO PSMS using SMPP. We had used Kannel Gateway to send Wap 
Push message. Now we want to integrate payment using Kannel. 
 
Can anyone help me how can i proceed using Kannel? 
It would be better if you provide links to this. 
 
I went through Kannel mailing list and find some Patch for billing using 
CIMD2. Is there any such Patch for SMPP? 
Looking for fast reply.
