I am trying to configure Optus link here in australia, and optus have specified
values for Bind NPI and TON which are different from default.
The log details of interest are:

But optus specifies the following:
Bind TON: 0
Bind NPI: 4
How can I configure this in kannel 1.3.2, or is it not possible.
