To be absolutely correct: you could use RADIUS for GPRS as well,
but this involves a (rather expensive and restricted) private GPRS 
APN. I doubt you want to go this route.

Kannel only sees the WAP request arriving through UDP. If your clients
use GPRS to access your application, then you are out of luck. The
information 
is just not there. If you are using CSD to a RAS under your control, then
you can use RADIUS accounting messages to map an IP address to a MSISDN
number.

For an application that I am developing using Kannel as the gateway, I 
need to uniquely identify the user agent of a WAP request in the gateway. 
Since MSISDN is unique, how to fetch the MS ISDN of the request in Kannel?
