This mailing list has been configured with a 100KB max message
size.  Mailman (the list admin program) will block the email
and wait for the list admin (or mailman admin) to release the
message...or the list admin should send a message about why
it was rejected.  Check out my email to the list:

I understand that this HUGE patch needs time for review.  But, I wasn't
even at the stage were people could review it.  It was blocked.
And I didn't see any comments on the Mantis System about acknowledgement
and review of the patch.  And, seeing as how this patch is
VERY large and will affect not only Kannel development but anyone
using the gwlib for development...I figured I should poke people
again about this.

BTW, how about gzip'ing or bzip2'ing the patch?
