i committed yesterday following:
a) added an example SI document to userguide and to test dir
b) added sms level dlr related wap push headers to test_ppg
c) AT SMSC can start very slowly. Added a patch by Andreas
to guarantee that we will not run into timeouts in this case.
d) SIGHUP changed default value of wap-push-user group
configuration variable concatenation. Now wap push should
work after SIGHUP
e) SMS level dlrs for wap push did not work when dlr-ulr was
a configuration variable. Added a fix by Davy.
