Error in sending messages

Hi every one,             We have connected to an operator SMSC through CIMD2 protocol using Kannel stable 1.4.0. This is a production environment and we are running this since six months without any problems. The operator says he has not done any changes in our account settings.   Can any one suggest what has gone wrong here?   warm regards, Arun
