I started to track it down in the code, which the error 'Failed reading entity' is from 'gwlib/http.c:1039', but figured you guys would probably be able to narrow it down more quickly. I'll keep working from my side however. Thanks as always!
An update. I did a tcpdump on an Apache 302 to see what was in there, and there's no actual body. Just a bunch of headers, one of which being Location: with the new URL. I think that's the issue as it appears to be trying to read a body. Here are the exact headers:
