Dear Kannel Devel, Has anyone succeeded in distinguishing replies not just based on setting a unique senderid when sending the SMS, but based on a caller_id or any other SMPP parameter.
This is important as you can run out of senderid's and then have a problem how to identify which reply is to which message. (Obviously if you can get the user to put an identifier from the original SMS in the reply that will be great, but this is not always possible.) Any ideas how to do this with Kannel or what needs to be developed in Kannel for this to work is appreciated. Thanks
