EMI message has more fields than expected

I always get this message:

2005-06-10 22:58:33 [10674] [10] WARNING: get_fields: EMI message of 
type 31/R has 1 more fields than expected.


as soon as this is just a WARN I don't care about this, but how can I 
avoid this ?
